Peter explains and demonstrates in each class how our physical limitations can be hampering how we swing the club and potentially cause injury. Peter online golf classes integrate bodyweight exercises, core strengthening work, posture exercises, High-intensity circuits and rotation training among other training styles to make these classes golf specific, sports specific and firmly focused on improving your range of motion on the golf course while improving strength and posture for your everyday life.
– Classes are on a monthly membership basis, with an easy opt-out.
– All you need is a space to exercise, some light weights, a resistance band and a golf club.
Peter runs many different courses which are suitable for all golf levels and fitness capabilities. Whether you like to train with a group of friends, with your club mates or with fellow golfers from around the world, Peter’s online golf fitness class is the solution to bring your golf workout to wherever you are. The online golf classes are projected through the Zoom platform and are so easy to sign up for. If you can’t make the class or for some reason miss the class, a session recording can be sent to you. We are delighted to announce our new additional pilates class for all members and to welcome Tricia to the Golf Strong Team.
Tricia Murphy is a Chartered Physiotherapist who has a passion to help you move better and feel stronger in your body. She is trained in Pilates and Yoga and truly believes in the benefit of movement for the body and the mind. She combines her Physiotherapy skills with her Pilates/Yoga skills to bring you classes that help to prevent injury, improve posture and flexibility and to build strength. She is looking forward to teaching as a part of the Golf Strong Team to help you improve your body and movement for golf!

Peter’s online golf fitness classes have become a huge success as they appeal to golfers of all levels and can be done in the privacy of your home. The element of privacy by doing an online class improves the freedom to express yourself through the exercises which can be very enjoyable! The class is explained and delivered clearly by Peter and designed in a way that you can train to whatever intensity level you are feeling on that day!
Breathing and stretching techniques are key elements for calm performances while we exercise but also have a huge part to play for us as golfers on the golf course. Peter will also advise you on how best to prepare your body and mind by using these techniques during the course of classes.

I have been working with Peter on a weekly basis doing individual 1×1 sessions.
