Golf Strong Online Classes

Golf Strong offers a range of online golf fitness classes to help you get fit for golf and stay injury-free. Peter explains and demonstrates in each class how our physical limitations can be hampering how you swing the club and potentially cause injury. Golf Strong’s golf fitness classes integrate bodyweight exercises, core strengthening work, posture exercises, High-intensity circuits and rotation training among other training styles to make these classes golf-specific. Classes are on a monthly membership basis, with an easy opt-out and all you need is a space to exercise, some light weights, a resistance band and a golf club.

Golf Strong Online Programmes

Peter works to assess you as the player and in turn, help you improve physically to enhance your performance on the golf course. Our assessments highlight physical limitations and design bespoke golf fitness training exercises and programmes to target your swing faults. Our in person assessment will use a combination of a physical assessment and a Trackman assessment to create baseline data between your body and your swing. Your bespoke workout programme will create an awareness of good movement patterns, added mobility, increased club head speed, and will help to prevent injury and promote longevity in the game we all love.

About Peter

Peter O’Keeffe has brought his technical knowledge of the golf swing and his strength and conditioning training and experience and combined the two disciplines to found O’Keeffe Golf Performance. Peter has spent most of his life devoting himself to the learnings of the game of golf.

Peter’s mission statement is to train and prepare the body first and let the club follow. In depth assessments are key to establishing the direction a golfer needs to take in order to maximise their performance on the golf course.
